Home: Displays images of popular & new products and you can access these products just by clicking on those images.
Catalogue: Browse all our products from this section. Currently we have Books, Audio & Video and if you click on either of them it will show you all subcategories & number of products under this category. Then by clicking on individual subcategory you can display all products under that subcategory.
My Account: Here you can maintain your personal details like email, password, shipping & billing address. You can create many profiles under one email and contact details. Therefore you can get products delivered to you, to a friend, family member or a colleague anywhere in the world. You will need to make sure the billing address match with the address at which your credit/debit card is registered. In other words you can have one email, contact and billing details against many different shipping address.
View Cart: You can display the cart content by clicking here. If there is no item in the cart, it will show empty cart. If you have any item added to the cart, it will display the cart contents - Products added to your cart, their prices in selected currency, any discount if available for selected product.
Search: You can search for any product by using a keyword. For example to find any book written by an author, simply type in the first or last name of the author, to find any specific Drama type in its name or part of the name. You can also use the powerful advanced search function to find products in a specific category, subcategory, by product code, by price range & weight range. The search input box also keeps track of your search history giving you the chance to simply type in the first one or two letters it will pull the last search keywords with this combination.
You can browse our products by using "Catalogue" or Dynamic Navigational link provided under 'Products' sorted by Category --> Subcategory.
Quick Browse: You can search for any specific author, artist or product alphabetically and within a specific price range. From the display of products you can also sort these products by "Product Name", "Price - Ascending or Descending" or even by simply clicking on different page numbers. You can also display all products on a single page by selecting "Full List" option from the product display list, but this will take long time to load as we have many products and this might cause system performance issue on your PC.
The default currency of product prices is British Pound (£). But using the top right drop down box you can choose to display prices in three other currencies - USD ($), EUR (€) & BDT (Tk). We feed the currency conversion tables to our system daily and therefore the converted price reflects the market rate. Please note, whatever price you choose to display for all products and your cart contents, the system will automatically convert the total order value into GBP (£) which is our default currency during the checkout at our payment processing companies - Paypal and Google.
Shopping is easy on our site. Look for the product you are looking or just browse through our available products. From the products list page you will see "Add to Cart" button and also a check-box is attached to each product. If you click "Add to Cart" button it will add the item in your shopping cart. If you select each checkbox for several items and click on "Add Selected Items to Cart" then all items which have checkbox selected will be added to the shopping cart. The "Add Selected Items to Cart" button is placed on the top and end of the product display list. If you are on a detail page of a product, you can also use the "Add to Cart" button.
Wish List: If you are logged-in then with each product you will see a button "Add to Wish List". Use this button to add items in your wish list and to display wish list, click on "Wish List" link on the top right hand navigation link. From within the wish list you can now - add items to the cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button or simply remove items from your wish list by clicking the small "X" button adjacent to each product name.
Checkout: Click on "Checkout" on the top right hand navigation link or "View Cart" link. If you click "View Cart" then you will see cart contents and below there you will find "Checkout" button. Checkout button will take you to a form where you need to enter your contact, shipping & billing details. If you have already purchased from us and have a shipping address attached to your profile, the system will automatically use those details by default. You can either press "Continue" or create another shipping details to be used with this profile. To do that, please simply tick off the checkbox "Shipping address same as billing address" and remove the exisitng shipping details and type in new shipping details. If you already have multiple profile created from "My Account" section, you can use that profile by selecting the profile from the top drop-down box on this page. This will then automatically fill in the required shipping and billing details on the "Contact Information" page.
Fast Checkout: If you click "View Cart" then you will see "Google Checkout" option and by clicking this you will be directly taken to the Google Payment page where you can pay by using your existing google email account or create a new one and proceed to payment page using your debit/credit cards.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the destination country in shipping details and total weight of selected products. All our products in the catalogue has weight properties and we strictly maintain it. If there is no shipping cost found for a country, you will need to send your desired items "Product Code" or "Name of the item" and qty for each one of them together with your full contact details (including phone number) and shipping address by using "Contact Us" form. We will then contact your over phone and will provide you alternative shipping cost available for your destination country. If you are happy to proceed, you will then need to provide us with your credit card details (see our privacy & security policy) so that we can process the payment offline and confirm you.
Newspaper: You can find most Bangladeshi Newspapers link on our site. Under Links --> Newspaper you will see a lit of Bangla Newspaper which are available online. Just click on any newspaper link and it will open a new window with the homepage of the selected newspaper.
Magazine: We also maintain a list of online magazines. If you click on any magazine name, it will open a new window with the homepage of the selected magazine.
Bangla Forums & Portals: You will find a list of Bangladeshi and Bengali online forums and portals listed on our site. Simply click on any name from the list and it will open a new browser with the selected site.
We regularly update our products, promotions, discounts, coupons. To receive such update and promotional offers sent to your email address automatically, please type in your email address on our homepage (see right hand side bottom).
You will find this section on our homepage right hand side. In this section, we provide news related to our site, products, services or even new upcoming products or services. Please visit regularly to see whats going on or if something is coming up. We are continously adding new products to our site.
This section on the right bottom part of our site will display few products which you have displaed last time. Therefore if you have viewed an item before but you are on a different item disply now and would like to see that previously viewed item again, simply click on your last viewed item here and the system will pull the detail page of that product to you. You can now add product to the cart or simply discard the display or go back to another link, service or product.
Product detail page has a link "Send to a friend". If you like our product and want any of your friend to look at, please simply type in their email address and name and provide your name & email address. You can also compose a very personalized message for your friend. We always offer reward for forwarding our products to your friends. If you forward to 10 friends and at least three of them buy from our site, we will give you 25% off from your next purchase with us.
Each product has review section. We encourage our customers or visitors to review these products which will be available to all our other visitors and customers. Once you submit a review, our administrator will then validate the review and make available to the site. Please note, if your review is not published you will be notified of why its rejected.
