We use two shipping methods - International Parcel Service (IPS) & Emergency Mailing Service (EMS) of Bangladesh Post Office. One of the target of BanglaClick is to explore Bangla and therefore we have decided to utilize the service of Bangladesh Post Office. This is also cheapest among all available options in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Post Office has parterned with serveral shipping and postal companies around the world and therefore the shipping rate is different for each country (see note).

Delivery Times:
a) International Parcel Service takes 2 to 3 weeks delivery time depending on the destination country
b) EMS takes 1 to 2 weeks delivery time depending on the destination country

Shipping Schedule:
We ship all our orders within 2 to 3 business days. Exceptions to this are: Force Majeure, Political Turmoil, Strikes, Service Interruption of Bangladesh Post Office & Out of Stock product.

Shipping Cost Calculator:
The shipping cost is automatically calculated by our shopping cart system. Each of our product has an attribute "Weight" and we strictly maintain the weight in our product catalogue. You will need to login to place an order with us and during the login process we ask you to provide us your shipping destination and our shopping cart keeps track of this country information when calculating your shipping cost for the selected products. Therefore your shipping rate will depend on the following two factors:

Handling, Processing & Packaging
The shipping cost does not include any cost for handling, processing and packaging. These all are free to our customers because we believe these goes to the overhead cost of our company and we definitely should not charge our customers for these.

* If you are placing an order but the system can not find your shipping cost, then you may assume that Bangladesh Post Office does not has a delivery system to your country. Customers are encouraged to email us at orders@banglaclick.com with your required products (please use product code displayed under the product name), shipping details & your contact number. We will then call you to give your alternative delivery cost and if you agree to proceed with the order, you will have to provide us with your credit card details so that we can process the payment and confirm your order.
